Terms for Plugins (.js and .php files)

IMPORTANT: These terms only apply to plugins ending in .js and .php

If you are using the commercial licensed version then these rules apply:

 * Permission to use, copy, modify, and/or distribute this software for the purposes defined
 * here after: RPGmaker MV non-commercial game, RPGmaker MV commercial game are
 * hereby granted provided that the above copyright notice and license number and this 
 * permission notice appear in all copies.

1.  License numbers get sent via email once you buy a valid copy of the plugin.
2. You must include a license number for each plugin you bought.
3. i.e you bought 'one.js' and 'two.js' you must include a license number for both.
4.  If a plugin includes bonus plugin's you only need to put the license number on the plugin you bought the license for.
5.  You must abide by the rules of any additional .js file(s) included if any these rules will be in the .js headers.
6. I shall not be held responsible for any problems you may encounter through the improper use of my scripts. If you encounter bugs on one of my scripts that you did not edit please inform me and I shall do my best to fix them.
7. Any additional resources included will have been made by me (*.png, *.ogg, *.m4a, *pdf).
8. Credit for these additional file types (*.png, *.ogg, *.m4a) are not required albeit nice if you plan to use said resources.
9. (4/30/2016) if at anytime you disagree with these terms you are required to delete all the files gained through the purchase of the license.
10. I reserve the right to change these terms.

2. Commercial is defined as follows: AD revenue, pay to play, in game purchases, contest winnings, donations.
3. You must have the above copy right notice and permission notice in all copies.
